Shippings

It is forbidden for people under 18 years of age to buy and consume CBD. The buyer certifies, by validating his order on our site, to be over 18 years old, to have fully read the general conditions and accepts them.

Swiss sport lab SA can not be held responsible in any way.

VAT is included. The goods can be shipped worldwide. It is the responsibility of the buyer to study the legislation of his country and he is solely responsible in case of problems with the delivery of the package.

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss of parcels or in case of delay caused delivery services.

Returns

No returns or refunds will be made.

Payment

Payment shall be made in advance, i.e., on the bank account payment by credit card other form of online payment.

The goods remain property of Swiss sport lab SA until the full payment has been received.

ATTENTION: we guarantee the legality of our products in the sealed bags. Any person processing the product sold will be prosecuted by our company.

General conditions changes

Swiss sport lab SA reserves the right to unilaterally modify its general terms and conditions at any time. Nonetheless, the contract will be governed by the general terms and conditions in force at the time of its conclusion.

Applicable law

The Contract as regulated by these General Terms and Conditions and all Call-ups shall be governed by Swiss law.

Intellectual property

The design of the packaging, name and logos are the property of Swiss sport lab SA. All copies and commercial uses are prohibited.
